Music By Darren Dineen / 12th May 2015 Share Tweet Pin Share In this category I will be taking you with me as I learn new songs and new ways to play my guitar, I will be starting College in September in BCFE I will be doing Higher National Diploma in Irish Traditional Music Performance, this will be My Journey Through My Music. I will post some videos of my progress from start to finish of my new challenges and new adventures through college. It is something I have being working had towards the last two years as I’ve be in a adult re-education program which has being one of the best steps I’ve ever done. I am under no illusion that the next two years will be a walk in the park as the last two years haven’t being all that easy. My Journey Through My Music will be that of up’s and down’s and by me documenting my progress, it might just help some of you lovely people to continue to do what you love in life and for me this is music and a hard road ahead, of this I am sure of. My Journey Through My Music so far has being self taught on the guitar and some lessons on the fiddle, but when I lived in Co Kerry I started on the tin whistle and played some piano accordion. Three years ago I got a old button accordion and got some work done to it and after play it with the work that was done it played very well and to this day I hope to be able to play it as good as some of my mates.
